Pieminister expanding via franchising

Pieminister is continuing to expand in partnership with food franchise specialists Seeds Consulting. Its latest outlet opened recently in Bath, becoming the 16th site in the small chain’s estate.

The new store is already achieving great success, with the franchisee making plans for their second site. In total, Pieminister is planning to open over 100 locations, with the next franchise location currently planned to open in Derby this summer with an experienced multi-unit franchise partner.

Pieminister founder Jon Simon said: “We are delighted to see the brand continuing to flourish and are excited for the future. Bath Westgate Street is already off to a great start, and we look forward to spreading our love of great pies to even more cities across the UK.”

Founded in 2003, Pieminister has grown from a small pie café and festival stall to become the number one premium pie brand in the UK. Its range is now available in stores and various pubs, in addition to from its own sites.
